Returns & Refund Policy
1. Item Finalised
1.1 All goods sold and delivered are deemed finalised.
1.11 Customers are responsible for checking the goods upon receiving any manufacturing defects.
1.12 We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchange should the damage be done by misuse of product.
1.2 If you notice a flaw in our product, please notify us within 24 hours after delivery.
1.3 Customers have the right to reject the goods upon delivery at no cost or schedule for an exchange IF the product has defects (not applicable to clearance items).
1.31 Our Customer Service will be in touch with you within 48 hours.
1.4 Note: All the measurements are made by hand, there may be a slight difference by 1-2cm.
1.5 Products may vary slightly from images due to device displaying, lighting and angle of the item being photographed, texture, pattern and colours of raw material provided to us by suppliers.
2. Refund Processing
2.1 Refunds, where applicable under the Akta Perlindungan Pengguna 1999 (Akta 599), shall be processed after approval by the Finance Department.
2.11 Within thirty (30) days.
2.12 In accordance with Company policy.
3. Buyer’s Acknowledgment and Acceptance
3.1 The Buyer confirms that he/she has read, understood, and acknowledged these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Warranty.
3.11 Agrees to be bound by them upon signing the sales order or related purchase document.
3.2 The Buyer further confirms that all relevant terms, including payment, delivery, storage charges, inspection, refund processing, acceptance of goods, and warranty scope and exclusions, have been explained prior to purchase.
4. Visible Damage Reporting
4.1 Any visible damage, shortage, or incorrect item should be recorded on the delivery document.
4.11 Notified to the Company immediately or within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery, where reasonably possible.
4.2 This clause applies only to visible issues.
4.21 Does not affect the Buyer’s statutory rights regarding latent or hidden defects.
5. Inspection and Remedy Process
5.1 Where a defect is alleged, the Company shall be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods.
5.11 Determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
5.2 Replacement, price adjustment, or refund shall not be automatically granted and shall only be considered where repair is not possible, not reasonable, unsuccessful, or where such remedy is legally required under applicable law.
6. Strictly Excluded from Warranty Coverage
6.1 Seat cushion softness or comfort preference.
6.2 Short legs or dissatisfaction with product height.
6.3 Broken armrest caused by impact, pressure, leaning, overloading, misuse, or external force.
6.4 Dirty surface, stains, odor, discoloration, mold, water marks, or poor maintenance.
6.5 Mites, bed bugs, pest, insect, or rodent-related contamination.
6.6 Normal wear and tear.
6.7 Minor cosmetic variation or natural material characteristics.
6.8 Damage caused by self-collection, third-party transport, relocation, renovation, or mishandling after delivery.
6.9 Unauthorized alteration, dismantling, rewiring, repair, reupholstery, or modification.
6.10 Commercial, rental, hostel, Airbnb, office, event, or heavy-use applications unless specifically covered in writing.
6.11 Display-unit condition, clearance-item condition, disclosed defects, or as-is sale conditions acknowledged before purchase.
7. Inspection Rights
7.1 The Company shall have the right to inspect the item at site or at a location determined by the Company.
7.11 Request further photographs or documents.
7.12 Determine whether the complaint amounts to a manufacturing defect.
7.13 Decide whether repair, part replacement, equivalent replacement, or rejection is appropriate, subject always to applicable law.
7.2 No refund, replacement, repair, transport reimbursement, compensation, or admission of liability shall arise unless the claim is approved in writing after inspection.
7.21 Subject always to the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable law.
8. Right to Reject Claim
8.1 The Company may reject any claim where the complaint falls within a listed exclusion.
8.11 There is insufficient proof.
8.12 The defect cannot be reproduced or verified.
8.13 Misuse or accidental damage is found.
8.14 The item is infested or unsafe to inspect.
8.15 The item has been altered without authorization.
8.16 The issue relates only to softness, comfort preference, appearance preference, minor variance, or normal wear and tear.
9. Remedy Limitation
9.1 If a claim is approved, the Company may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:
9.11 Repair the affected part.
9.12 Replace the affected part only.
9.13 Replace with the nearest equivalent part or model if the original is unavailable.
9.14 Provide another reasonable remedy determined by the Company.
9.2 Repair or replacement of the affected part shall be the primary warranty remedy unless another remedy is required by law or determined appropriate by the Company.
10. Hygiene and Infestation Clause
10.1 Any complaint involving mites, bed bugs, insects, pests, odor, stains, mold, dirt, contamination, or unsanitary conditions is strictly excluded from warranty coverage.
10.11 Because such matters are generally related to the customer’s environment, hygiene, storage, maintenance, or external circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
10.2 The Company may refuse inspection, collection, transport, repair, or handling of any item that is infested, contaminated, foul-smelling, or otherwise unsafe for staff handling.
10.21 Until professionally cleaned and made safe.
11. Unauthorised Repair / Modification
11.1 Any unauthorised repair, adjustment, dismantling, rewiring, reupholstery, alteration, replacement of parts, or structural modification by the customer or any third party may result in rejection of the warranty claim.
11.11 Where such action affects inspection or causation assessment.
12. Customer Acknowledgment
12.1 The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
12.11 Cushion softness and comfort preference are not defects.
12.12 Hygiene, infestation, and environmental issues are excluded.
12.13 All claims are subject to Company inspection and written approval.
12.14 Disclosed defects, display-unit conditions, and as-is conditions accepted before sale are excluded from later complaint.
12.15 Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect.
