All goods sold and delivered are deemed finalised. Customers are responsible for checking the goods upon receiving for any manufacturing defects. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchange should the damage is done by misuse of product.

If you notice a flaw in our product, please notify us within 24 hours after delivery. Customers have the right to reject the goods upon delivery at no cost or schedule for an exchange IF the product has defect (not applicable to clearance items). Our Customer Service will be in touch with you within 48 hours.

Note: All the measurements are made by hand, there may be slight difference by 1-2cm.

Product may vary slightly from images due to device displaying, lighting and angle of the item being photographed, texture, pattern and colours of raw material provided to us by suppliers.
