Shipping and Delivery Policies
The confirmed order will be processed on the next working day after payment received. The arrangement for delivery may take 3 to 28 working days as shown on each item page stated as ‘within 2-3 weeks’.
Our delivery team works Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays, timed between 9.30am-6pm, customers are responsible to obtain property management’s permit (if any). Item will be delivered and assembled by our in-house delivery team.
The delivery of item may vary depending of availability and production speed, rest assured it will be at your door step within the promised duration. In certain circumstances, we may ship your item separately due to nature of products with NO additional charges of delivery fee.
Although every effort is made to deliver your order according to date estimated, delivery time may change due to unforesee circumstances which is beyond our control.
A call will be made to confirm the date and time before delivery. If your order was not delivered on the estimated delivery time on your order confirmation, please contact us for assistance.
In the rare event if a wrong item is being delivered, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours to arrange for replacement to be sent.

Shipping charges are calculated based on product price and the geographical region of the delivery address. Estimated shipping charges from Couch Designs Warehouse are determined by zone with certain spending limit. Details of shipping charges are as listed below.
Customers may have a rough guide of shipping estimates by entering the state on the product page. A applicable shipping charges will be shown when full address has been provided during checkout process.
*Outstation delivery date will be informed after the purchase.
Be sure your building’s lifts, stairwells or doors are able to fit in the furniture dimensions before purchasing.
Delivery fee are not applicable to non accessible floors without elevator. Do note that there will be an Extra Charges of RM50 per floor starting from 3rd floor and above (apply to stairs within landed properties) for lifting goods by stairs. For residential with elevator, kindly check on your elevator before loading size before delivery to avoid disappointment.
We reserve the right to cancel any delivery if the process is deemed unfeasible (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway) based on our assessment. Delivery will then be performed under a non-hazardous manner.
Customers will be contacted 1-2 days in advance to confirm on delivery date and time. Please ensure your presence during the delivery on the agreed date and time. Kindly pre-register with the residence management (if applicable) for a smoother process.
A full-fledged service will be provided by our professionally trained team, by assembling and placing at the area of your choice. Packaging will also be discarded from your premises.
Disposal services is available, do let us know in advance with a remark at checkout page. Disposal fee is RM50 and above base on the size and quantity of said furniture.
Holding of Order
Confirmed order can be hold up at warehouse for a maximum of 6 Months time (starting from the date of finalised payment made). A fee for storage space may incurred for extension of delivery date.
