We offer a 120-night trial for all Cloud Series mattresses, allowing you to experience the comfort and support in your own home with confidence.

Trial Period & Eligibility

     

      • The trial period begins from the date of delivery.

      • Customers may request a return after a minimum of 60 nights of use (adjustment period).

      • All return requests must be submitted within 120 days of purchase.

      • Requests made outside this period will not be eligible.

    Return Requirements

    To qualify for a return or refund, the mattress must meet the following conditions:

       

        • Maintained in clean, hygienic, and acceptable condition.

        • No visible stains, spills, odours, or dirt.

        • Free from tears, structural damage, or misuse.

      Must be securely repackaged in:

         

          • Original plastic packaging, or

          • Equivalent protective wrapping to ensure safe handling

        Non-Returnable Conditions

        Returns will be rejected if:

           

            • The product is heavily stained, dirty, or unhygienic.

            • There is physical damage (e.g. torn fabric, broken zipper, internal damage).

          The item has been used for non-standard purposes such as:

             

              • Photoshoots.

              • Display units.

              • Resale or commercial use.

              • The product has been improperly handled or stored.

            Inspection Process

               

                • All returned items will undergo a quality inspection process conducted on a bi-weekly basis.

                • Approval is subject to compliance with all return conditions.

                • The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the required standards.

              Refund Process

                 

                  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days.

                Refunds will be issued via:
                Original payment method, or An approved alternative method (if required).

                Fee Transportation : 
                Customer must bear transportation fees for any return or refund. No fees applies if the item is returned personally to our warehouse. Approved refunds exclude transportation fees.

                Important Notes
                Returns are only accepted if the product is in proper hygienic condition
                We strongly recommend using a mattress protector during the trial period
                Only manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange or return consideration
                This policy applies strictly to Cloud Series mattresses only.
