PRE ORDER POLICY

1. Payment

1.1 Full payment is required prior to delivery.
1.11 All payment terms must be strictly adhered to by Made Living.


2. Pre-Order

2.1 Customers may place a pre-order for items that have not yet been released.

2.2 Delivery for pre-order items will be scheduled within 3 to 4 weeks after full payment has been completed.

2.3 Pre-order items are subject to the same terms as regular orders, including cancellation, modification, and inspection rules.


3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery schedules may be subject to change.

3.2 Made Living Sdn Bhd reserves the right to impose storage charges on items that remain uncollected 14 days after the agreed delivery date.


4. Design Alteration

4.1 Any alteration to the confirmed design requested by the buyer will incur additional charges.


5. Inspection Upon Delivery

5.1 Buyers must inspect goods upon delivery.
5.11 Any issues must be reported to Made Living Sdn Bhd within 2 days from the delivery date.


6. Order Cancellation & Modification

6.1 All confirmed orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
6.11 No modifications will be entertained once manufacturing has commenced.


7. Default, Delay, or Defect

7.1 Any default, delay, or defect in one or more items will be considered segregated and does not give the buyer the right to cancel the entire order.

7.2 Customers may make changes to the product equal to or higher than the original total value.

7.3 No refund will be provided.

7.4 Additional costs incurred in dismantling or returning furniture will be borne by the buyer.

7.5 If a refund is approved, it may take up to 30 days to process.


8. Rescheduling & Service Fees

8.1 RM100 fee applies for rescheduling within 48 hours of the original delivery date.
8.11 RM100 fee applies for returning items for service
