Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed only within 24 hours of your purchase. Please contact our office at 03-5879 7679 (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) and provide your order number. A full refund will be made with no additional charge. No cancellations are allowed after 24 hours.

Payment Methods and Processing

Only Visa and Mastercard is accepted. Processing of order will begin only when required information is fulfilled.

Orders placed during weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).

Credit card will be charged after clicking “Place Order” button. Amount is payable in Ringgit Malaysia as indicated on the order confirmation page. Couch Designs reserves the right to cancel the transaction If no payment received within 5 days from the date of order confirmed.

A tax invoice /receipt together with order confirmation will be sent to you via email as proof of purchase after payment received.
